Easy change out spike plates on the "Positional Pro" mounting stand lets you install the "Shoulder Pedestal" spike plate.  This plate is specifically designed to use in mounting those shoulder pedestals with no mounting block or when you are altering a shoulder form into a pedestal and no longer have a back plate to anchor to.  The angled spikes allow for solid attachment of the plate to the soft foam for a firm foundation to mount to.
